GB Inspection Systems has for over 30 years manufactured high quality and high value ultrasonic transducers, supplied calibration blocks, cables and NDT equipment and consumables such as dye penetrant, MPI and ultrasonic couplants. The company also provides a comprehensive calibration and repair service. GBIS produces compression and shear wave probes that are capable of meeting the more common applications and most of them are available for immediate availability. There are also other probes available such as Hi-temperature, Sub-miniature probes for restricted access situations, Angle beam compression, underwater and solid axle and rail testing probes. GBIS also produces special probes such as Creep wave, Boiler tube butt weld, oil filled wheel and rotor bore probes as well as custom made transducers.
GBIS provides a compreghensive repair and calibration service to all types and brands of NDT equipment either at its new facillity or at the customer`s site.
GBIS also produces manual, semi and fully automated testing systems including Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, MPI, fluorescent dye penetrant with Chemetall consumables.
