LUZIESA EXCELDEF
France
LUZIESA-EXCELDEF (ISO-9001-2008 qualification and OTAN certified) is an industrial group settled in Burgundy specialized in Non Destructive Testing.
LUZIESA is active designing and producing artificial flaws in reference blocks for calibration and in mock-ups for the qualification of NDT techniques:
-Defects manufactured by electroerosion.
-Dimensional control of the calibration blocks
-Working on model at scale 1.
-All welding techniques according to RCCM and ASME norms.
-Workshop to be able to receive pieces from 1 to 100 tonnes.
Complementarity EXCELDEF designs and manufactures the Eddy current probes and the ultrasound transducers used among other purposes for testing the defects created by Luziesa and we manufacture the mechanic associated for the implementation of our products:
-Second eddy current probe’s suppliers for French nuclear market and our probes can inspect more than 900 steam generator tubes.
-Manufacturing of push puller and motorized cable for the pipe’ inspection by rotating probes.
-Development of eddy current probes with camera integrated for axial and radial inspection including in the U-Tubes.
-Supplier of various kind of ET probes, UT transducers and integrated systems for aerospace industry, railway and automotive industry, petrochemistry, armament and national navy and steel industry.
The Research & Development Unit is dedicated to innovation and constitutes one of the cornerstones of the Group. We manufacture new products made to measure adapted to customer’s request. Everything is done in-house, from the conception to the manufacturing without subcontracting, which allows us to be responsive and flexible.
