TECHNOFOUR is a company specializing in advanced non-destructive inspection systems based on Eddy Current, Magnetic Leakage Flux, Barkhausen  and Ultrasonic techniques.  Since its inception in the year 1972, the company has developed and installed several thousand systems for automatic online and offline flaw detection on metal tubes, pipes and bars; systems for defect detection on automotive, aerospace and other critical engineering components; systems for material sorting and verification; systems for in-service inspection on aircraft and other mission-critical purposes; systems for automatic robotic inspection of nuclear steam generators and other heat exchangers; systems for non-destructive inspection of components in renewable energy equipment etc.

Some of leading products from TECHNOFOUR are the World's first Bluetooth based eddy current instrument "EddyBlu", the World's most compact credit-card sized eddy current module "EddyUSB" and a touch-controlled Android based compact portable "EddyTouch" instrument.

Credit-card sized "UTUSB" ultrasonic instruments from TECHNOFOUR sport bipolar square pulser, tone bursts, active damping, TCG, B-Scans, DAC, AWS D1.x/API 5 sizing, movie recording and playback etc.

Specialized equipment from TECHNOFOUR include multi-frequency multi-channel and multi-line inspection systems for tube and pipe mills, rotating probe systems for inspection of seamless pipes, probe array systems for simultaneous inspection for transverse and longitudinal flaws, magnetic leakage flux systems for comprehensive defect detection on ID as well as OD; as well as systems implementing unique classification techniques such as artificial neural networks.  Remote field eddy current inspection systems are available for in-service inspection of ferromagnetic heat exchangers.  Virtually-rotating probe systems are also available for high speed detection on seamless tubes or products with irregular cross sections.
