ETher NDE is a dedicated manufacturer of eddy current (ECT) non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment, probes and accessories and the 'go to' company for all your eddy current (EC) NDT solutions.

The AeroCheck+, AeroCheck and WeldCheck are the latest eddy current flaw detectors from ETher NDE. Our flaw detectors offer the best in EC performance, while having a fully daylight readable display and being lightweight, rugged and ready for any inspection environment.

The AeroCheck also offers rotary drive capabilities as standard, while the AeroCheck+ adds dual frequency plus other innovative features including “Loop”, “Guides” and “Auto-Mix” amongst others.

Adapted from the AeroCheck+, the VicTor 2.2D is the perfect solution for automatic eddy current testing applications and is available as a desktop unit or a rack mounted solution.

ETher NDE offers a multi-frequency and multi-channel flaw detector, the ETi-200. With single-probe operation, it can multiplex eight channels. Alternatively, with two probes connected, the ETi-200 allows any mix of eight channels across two probes.

For Conductivity Measurement, ETher NDE offers the SigmaCheck Conductivity Meter, which is now an established product in the field and has a good history of accurate results.

Completing the ETher NDE equipment range is the VeeScan Aircraft Wheel Scanning System. Designed by an experienced team in Wheel Inspection Systems and built at our UK premises, the VeeScan is ETher’s first Wheel Inspection System and offers maximum flexibility for the client.

The VeeScan is able to be configured with a wide choice of probes and allows any wheel testing facility the flexibility to select the system most compatible with their workload. Teamed with a full choice of operation modes, the VeeScan maximises the probability of detection.

Finally ETher offers a full range of Eddy Current Probes, designed and manufactured in-house in the UK, including eddy current weld probes from standard to special versions.
