JME Ltd.

United Kingdom

JME is regarded across the globe as the market leader for the development and manufacture of high quality inspection systems. This year JME is celebrating its 30th anniversary and prides itself on building excellent customer relationships and supporting its partners both from the base in the UK and also onsite with field technicians. JME has built its reputation over the past 30 years on its core values: Innovation, Quality, Service, Customer Centricity and Commitment to the industry.

JME’s Pipeline Crawler range is capable of driving a wide range of X-Ray generators and Gamma projectors enabling internal panoramic single image (SWSI) radiography to be carried out in pipe diameters from 6“ to 72“. They are constructed using high grade materials which offer superior corrosion resistance, easy maintenance and extended service life. Electronic circuits utilize high specification components ensuring excellent reliability in harsh environments. JME offers both isotope control and its unique “Magnetope” magnetic control and positioning system.

JME‘s portable Betatron is designed to produce high energy X-Rays for industrial radiographic non-destructive testing. The systems contains no moving parts and no circulating liquids. Radiation outside the main beam is low, so safe working distances are moderate. The Betatron produces radiographs of very high contrast, sensitivity and resolution. The system output is adjustable, and the range consists of 2.5, 6 & 7.5MeV systems.

JME has an in-house design team capable of working with a client’s brief providing a tailor-made solution to a need. As a business, JME has been involved in the production of bespoke digital radiography systems for numerous multinational companies. On each occasion, JME has exceeded the customers’ expectations in terms of quality, value and efficiency. If you have a requirement that cannot be met with the current range of products offered, please, speak with JME’s sales team to find out more about this service.
