RSNTTD is a nonprofit public organization uniting NDT and TD personnel from the leading national universities and academic school, government and regulatory  authorities, training and certification centers, accreditation agencies, companies that produce and sell NDT equipment, and NDT service centers and laboratories.

RSNTTD is  full member of the European Federation for Non-Destructive Testing (EFNDT), the International Committee for Non-Destructive Testing (ICNDT) and the Asia Pacific Federation for Non-Destructive Testing (APFNDT).
