Our short term aim is to set the benchmark for Ultrasonic testing with rotating heads. Our mission is to deliver the best suited testing solution to our customers.
With a history of four and a half decades and more than 350 ROTAs (our UT testing head) delivered to the world markets we have some experience and detailed knowledge of the market requirements. We supply UT rotary heads for testing material diameters from 6 to 450mm. Our reference list covers industries from nuclear over aviation, energy, oil exploration & transport to automotive and others. We are still supporting, servicing, repairing and revamping test systems which we delivered since the 1970’s. This is an example of quality made in Germany.
We start each project with a detailed analysis, offer our support and consulting and develop the perfect solution. With our adaptable building blocks (conveyor lines and material transport solutions, test benches, UT rotary heads, water tanks, water systems, programmable logic controls, UT electronics and software solutions, marking and sorting solutions) we can come up in short time with a well engineered solution for testing tubes, pipes and bars on- or offline. We are the only partner which you have to deal with for a turn-key-ready system perfectly integrated into your existing production environment.
Our latest achievement is the RotaEcho UT electronics. It’s design and software is unique and the essence of years of experience in UT testing of round products. We call it UT testing made easy because the system supports operators to do a good job. It reduces the number of information they have to put in manually to set up a testing machine and help them to reduce change over times. We are consequently using already available information and communicate through our flexible interfaces with mill data and quality data systems. This reduces the risk of human errors and guarantees the maximum level of repeatability and reliability.
