In the middle of May N&M (mediacheck@neumannmueller.com) will send you an e-mail with detailed information on the preparation and submission of your presentation. In case of questions, please contact N&M directly.

Oral Presentation

You will receive all information from N&M (see above).

Poster with short presentation

Sessions Mo.3.A, Mo.3.D, Mo.3.E, Mo.3.G, Mo.3.H and Mo.3.I

You will receive all information from N&M (see above).
We recommend to reduce your presentation to 2 slides without any animations or videos, as you have only 5 minutes to announce the poster and invite the audience to the following poster show, which starts directly afterwards.
In addition to the short presentation, please prepare a poster regarding the following instructions for poster authors.

Posters

The poster show is located in the upper foyer of the conference venue. It is open during the entire event (from Monday, 12:00 to Friday, 13:30 p.m.). In order to give authors the opportunity to present their posters and to get in touch with the audience, we organise a poster and exhibition evening on Monday, 13 June from 18:30-22:00 p.m.

The poster walls have a size of 950mm x 2255 mm (width x height). The recommended poster size is A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm) portrait format. Please indicate on your poster: title of the contribution, authors, company and contact. Please regard the times for setup:

Sunday, 12.06.2016 from 12:00 – 17:30 p.m.
Monday, 13.06.2016 von 07:30 – 12:00 a.m.

Each poster wall is marked with the corresponding poster number (see programme). For fixing, please use posters trips.

Please do not send the poster in advance to the conference center! For the production and setup of your poster, we recommend our service partner Atelier Gebhard (email: info@atelier-gebhard.de). This service costs 85.70 EUR net per poster.

Please remove your poster (without residue) after the event. Posters, which have not been removed by Friday, 15:00 p.m., will be disposed on your expense by the organiser. The costs will be charged.

Additional tasks before the conference:

Paper

Please write a full paper with an approximate length of 8 pages. This will be published in the proceedings (USB device and internet).

A template is available for download in the online contribution service. You have received a seperate e-mail on this.

All full papers will be published under Creative Commons licenses. This will both protect your author’s rights and help us to spread your ideas within the NDT community in the spirit of open access.

Presentation

You will be asked to submit the files for your presentation in advance. If you are doing a poster with short presentation, this is obligatory.

Poster

Please prepare a printed poster in A0 size portrait format and bring it directly to the conference. Please make sure that it is readable from a distance of 3 m.

Fine tuning

Please feel free to update your abstract and title for the final programme and the book of abstracts.

Presenters' introduction

We will also ask for a short CV of the presenting author. This will help the session chair to introduce you.
